Fully Produced Name Tags

Most of our conference and event organisers use our fully produced name tag service. We pre-print quality name tags to your design and deliver them sorted A-Z, ready to hand out at registration. Ask for some blanks to cover last minute registrations on the day, these are commonly used with a DYMO label or black sharpie.

Basic & Thermal Printer Hire

Our onsite name tag printer hire includes either a basic Canon printer for printing names or a thermal printer with QR capability to integrate with your event software. For greater flexibility, many event organisers combine pre-printed name tags for the bulk of their registrations with onsite printer hire to easily manage last-minute attendees, changes and replacement badges on the day.
