Two Ways To Run It
Choose the Setup That Fits Your Event
Option 1: Your Own Event Software
Already using EventsAir, Cvent or a similar web-based platform? Our kiosks run your software straight from a browser, nothing is installed on the hire computer. You set up the event, badge layout and attendee list yourself. We supply and support the equipment only.
Option 2: The Entegy Suite
As an Entegy Partner, we can load your event, badge layout, delegate types and attendee list before the kiosk ships, design your check-in screen, and support the software as well as the hardware. Data can be imported from ticket-only systems such as Humanitix and Eventbrite.

Good To Know
What's Not Included
So there are no surprises on the day, here's what sits outside the standard kiosk hire.
- Badge stock is always a separate cost
- Pre-printing your logo onto fan-fold stock is a separate cost
- Onsite printing is black only, colour and logos are pre-printed beforehand
- We do not staff your registration desk, support on the morning is by phone
- In rare cases, if you're located in Melbourne, a team member can be booked to come out and help with setup
Before You Book
A Few Things to Plan Around
Stable Internet Required
A stable venue internet connection is required if you're running your own cloud-based software. Talk to our team about your venue before you book.
Right-Sized Equipment
Printing everything onsite, we recommend one kiosk per 100 attendees plus one spare. Pre-printing your badges, one or two kiosks usually covers walk-ins.
Ships Australia Wide
Kiosks ship Australia wide from our Keysborough, Victoria warehouse.
